Jon Nowikowski

A steadfast member of the Crown Advisors team since 2016, Jon believes the most rewarding feeling is to see a candidate thriving in their role years later. He approaches the business with a deep understanding and respect for the relationships he builds, and endeavors to bring integrity and empathy into every new encounter. He leads and executes senior-level executive searches including candidate slate development, research, interviewing, assessing, and ultimately attracting qualified candidates. Prior to joining Crown, Jon started his recruiting career with an accounting and financial services search firm in Pittsburgh where he focused on senior level accounting roles. Jon also spent five years with BNY Mellon Shareowner Services.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clarion University. Jon is a member of NMHC, NAIOP, and ICSC. Jon is also a dedicated youth basketball coach and PIAA football official. Depending on the time of year, he can be found on the basketball court, baseball field, or under the Friday night lights officiating high school football. He spends the majority of his free time with his family exploring, building forts and treehouses, and working on the farm.
