Margie Arcangelo

Margie joined Crown in 1996 as its first employee, and subsequently opened the Ft. Myers, FL office in 2012. As Managing Director, Margie is a diligent and tenacious advisor, working across a broad spectrum of searches and championing a client-first mentality. Margie performs senior level searches for some of the most respected and recognized names in the industry with a focus on real estate investment, development, operations, and finance. She is particularly adept at new platform initiatives, and has tremendous experience in multifamily and financial services.

Margie is a graduate of West Virginia University, earning dual degrees in Business Administration and Speech Communications. Past and present affiliations included ICSC, PREA, NMHC, MBA-CREF, ULI, and NAHB. With her home base in Southwest Florida, you might see her enjoying the sun, the sand, and the gulf when she’s not hard at work.
