Michelle is a Business Operations Specialist at Crown Advisors, where she provides dedicated support to recruiters and partners throughout the executive search process. She ensures that operations run smoothly and that both clients and colleagues have the resources they need to succeed.
In addition to her administrative expertise, Michelle serves as the primary point of contact for many of Crown Advisors’ professional affiliations, including NMHC, ULI, and PREA.
Outside of work, Michelle is an active member of her community, volunteering with a local animal shelter and helping transport animals between foster homes and appointments. She is also a devoted grandmother of four, spending much of her free time enjoying activities with her grandchildren.
