Tina Mechling

Tina joined Crown in 2025 as a Director in the Pittsburgh office, bringing more than two decades of commercial real estate expertise to her recruiting practice. Known for her focus, persistence, and strategic approach, Tina partners closely with clients to lead senior-level searches across development, project management, operations, and finance. She has a proven track record of delivering top-tier talent to some of the most respected and high-profile names in the industry. Tina is deeply committed to a client-first mindset, ensuring every search is approached with precision, integrity, and results.

Tina holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from Franklin University. She has been actively involved in several industry organizations, including ICSC, NAIOP, BOMA, ULI, and SMPS. Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found on the sidelines supporting her sons, Neal and Liam, at their football, lacrosse, and basketball games.
